SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 (five) business days (Monday through Friday) from the date the order is received. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping methods. The cost and delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the recipient's location. Details of available shipping methods and associated costs are provided during the checkout process.

Shipping Address

 It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for shipping delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipment Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. Customers can track the status of their shipment using this tracking number through the applicable carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipment delays may arise due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, transportation problems, customs inspections, etc. We are not responsible for such delays but will do our best to inform customers of any changes in the status of their shipment.
 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, in its original packaging.

Return Process

 To initiate the return process, the customer must contact our customer service team within the specified return period. Detailed instructions on how to return the product will be provided.

Return Costs

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of our error (e.g., incorrect product shipped, defective product, etc.).

Refund

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue a refund for the price of the returned product, less any return shipping costs incurred by us, within 5 (five) business days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
